She began her career at one of the top City of London law firms, before moving in-house to lead the legal team across Europe, Middle East, and Africa for a large US corporation. She has since founded her own businesses, and worked with some of the most respected legal consultancy firms in the UK.
Penny is currently a consultant partner at Spencer West LLP, a London-based
International law firm which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
